The balanced development of entrepreneurship, being an important aspect of economic growth and social progress, becomes an important and necessary element in the conditions of digital transformation of society. Digitalization of the spatial economy significantly transforms the structure and functioning of entrepreneurial processes, influencing the factors that determine sustainable business development. This article examines key economic and social factors contributing to sustainable entrepreneurship in the context of digitalization. A review of theoretical approaches is conducted, highlighting factors affecting business sustainability such as innovation, access to capital, social responsibility, and the need for workforce training in digital technologies. The analysis demonstrates how digitalization alters traditional business practices and presents new challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurs in a rapidly evolving technological environment. The study compares sustainability factors in digital and traditional economies, offering a more comprehensive view of the interconnection between digitalization and entrepreneurship sustainability.
