The author investigates the factors influencing the organization's cash flow, reveals the essence of the concept of "financial flows", establishes internal and external factors of financial flows management of the enterprise. Research of the above factors allows to estimate external possibilities and internal potential of formation of cash flows of the enterprise in the process of development of management policy.
