The main reason leading to the formation of deposits of shock-absorbing fluids is oxidation processes occurring in the volume of the fluid and on the metal surface. These deposits negatively affect the reliability, efficiency and durability of the shock absorber. The purpose of this work is to study changes in the operational properties of shock absorber fluids and their effect on operation. The quality of shock absorber fluids significantly affects the reliability of the shock absorber. According to research, 70% of system failures are due to the state of fluids. Of these: 40% are directly related to the performance of fluids, 60% are related to purity.
