Problems of Sustainable Development of Urban Settlements

The article examines the key issues of implementing sustainable development technologies in the practice of managing urban settlements. It is noted that municipalities do not always have the ability to consolidate the areas of territorial development to achieve sustainable development goals. It is emphasized that the use of sustainable development technologies in small towns allows for the savings of budget funds and territorial resources in the long term.
