Factors influencing the effectiveness of crime investigation in the context of a pandemic

The article presents the main problems that in the context of pandemic coronavirus infection (COVID-19) may hinder the investigation of crimes at various stages of the investigation. Based on a review of law enforcement practices, the author proposes measures to improve the process of criminal investigation in the context of the pandemic and substantiates the need to enshrine changes in domestic federal legislation.
