Factors affecting the bank's competitiveness

The article uses a systematic approach to identify factors that affect the competitiveness of the bank. The characteristics of the external and internal environment of the bank are given, the main ones are considered. The external and internal shortcomings of the development of the banking sector in the Russian Federation are analyzed. It is concluded that to increase the competitiveness of banks and develop a development strategy, it is necessary to consider the influence of external and internal factors of the external environment.
