Increased reliability and efficiency of disk hopper feeding-orienting devices for asymmetric parts of rotation bodies

The article discusses the main factors affecting the feed rate of mechanical disk hopper feeding and orienting devices for piece items of various shapes. Basic parameters of feeded objects and mechanical disk hopper feeding-orienting device with pockets are determined using probability theory and degree of their influence on probability of objects capture is estimated. A comprehensive assessment of feed rate was carried out using mathematical models built using probability theory. Visualization of mathematical models of feed rate of mechanical disk pocket hopper feeding-orienting device is presented in the form of graphs of its dependences on basic parameters. Factors are presented and analyzed, the influence of which on the feed rate of mechanical disk hopper feeding-orienting devices was obtained experimentally.
