In this article the psychological side of a victimology, features behavior of the victim and personal qualities that define the propensity of the person victimization. The concepts of the psychological state of the person and psychological state of the victim, as well as the factors influencing it and contribute to the victimization of the individual. It is noted that the study of the behavior of the victim and practical knowledge in the field of victimology have an important role in the mechanism of prevention and suppression crime.
