Factors influencing the development of small businesses

The paper considers small business as one of the pillars of the development of a strong economy in the country, including the Russian Federation. Three main factors are presented, in the opinion of entrepreneurs themselves, which negatively affect their financial and economic activities. The authors talk about what could neutralize the influence of the presented factors on the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
