Factors influencing entrepreneur choice of franchising as a business model

This study explored the factors that influenced the choice of entrepreneurs of franchising as a business model. The study also sought to determine the managerial requirements were necessary to establish a franchise. Choice of franchising were explicitly linked to the established benefits of this model, while the managerial skills of entrepreneurs were largely key to the success of franchise businesses. The study ultimately concludes that both influencers and managerial skill requirements are universal.
