Factors of the susceptibility of the owner to parasitic invasions

Work purpose: to reveal associations of polymorphism of tumors necrosis gene factor TNFA with development of cystic echinococcosis. As object of research used the samples of DNA received from leukocytes of a peripheral blue blood at the population of Bashkortostan Republic. The studied group included 103 patients with cystic echinococcosis, in control – 102 healthy individuals. Studied restriction polymorphism (-308) G/A of alpha tumors necrosis gene factor – TNFA method of the polymorphism analysis the lengths of restriction fragments of products of polimerase chain reaction of DNA synthesis. It is established that persons statistically significantly meet a genotype of GA of TNFA gene among patients with cystic echinococcosis more often.
