Family disharmony and sexual disadaptation of patients with alcohol dependence

Questions of sexual disadaptation, approaches to classification, influence of neurotic and personality disorders on their onset are considered in patients with alcohol dependence. Analysis of clinical case is introduced; visual illustration of onset and course of this pathology is given. It has been shown that absence of some knowledge in the field of sexual relations does not allow building harmonious interaction between spouses. Assessment of role of personality disorders in development of sexual dysfunction and disadaptation has been given in alcohol addiction. Many-level program of cognitive psychotherapy and psychoprevention directed at heightening of level of sexual culture has been proposed for patients with alcohol dependence.
