Fandorin and Onegin: intertextual links of Pushkin's novel in verses and B. Akunin's story “Sigumo”

The article is devoted to the problem of intertextual links between Pushkin’s novel “Evgeniy Onegin” and Boris Akunin’s story “Sigumo”. The scene of Meitan’s funeral is analyzed in details, and the article shows that the number of persons which participate in this scene create an allusion to Tatyana’s dream in the novel “Evgeniy Onegin”.
