Drug prescription pharmaceutical expertise: legal regulation and analysis of the most common prescribing errors

The article deals with the issues of prescription legal regulation and drug release order. The analysis of invalid prescriptions forms allowed to determine the main errors in drug prescribing, the most common of which are: errors in writing the name of the drug; the lack of indication of the method of application; errors in indicating the amount and dosage of the drug and other errors in the details of the prescription form.
