Pharmacological prevention of suicidal manifestations in patients with bipolar depression. Message 2: especially the appointment of antipsychotics

The article describes the approaches to the implementation of pharmacotherapeutic strategies of prevention of suicidal symptoms in patients with bipolar depression. The features of modern antipsychotics purpose and practical recommendations for their use as monotherapy and as part of combination therapy in patients with a depressive episode of bipolar disorder.
