Pharmacological study of Rhodiola rosea extract

The technology of Rhodiola rosea extract is developed, definition of acute toxicity of obtained extracts are held. The effect of an extract on systemic arterial pressure and cerebral blood flow was studied. It was found that the course introduction of Rhodiola rosea extract is effective at cerebral ischemia. Biologically active substances of the extract help to restore autoregulatory responses of cerebral vessels in the postischemic period.
