Pharmacotechnology research the dental medical form with methyluracil and Echinacea tincture

It was developed the composition and technology of dental medicinal gel with methyluracil and Echinacea tincture. Experimentally determined the excipients that ensure the quality of the gel. The technological scheme of production is offered. The rheological characteristics and osmotic activity are defined. The methods for the quantitative determination of methyluracil and tinctures of Echinacea are developed. In experiments at animals it was found the high wound-healing and anti-inflammatory activity of dental gel with methyluracil and Echinacea tincture.
