Insect fauna (Insecta: Orthoptera) in mountain areas of Namangan region

The article discusses the features of the insect fauna (insecta: orthoptera) in the mountainous areas of the Namangan region. Representatives of the Orthoptera family have become characteristic elements of open landscapes, cultural oases, meadows, deserts, steppes and cultivated fields, and some species have inhabited forests. Locusts are considered the main pests of pasture plants and all agricultural crops.
