Changes of phase structure and feature of distribution and migration of atoms in metals and alloys are studied at electro hidroimpulsive to processing at low temperatures. The phase structure of a diffusive zone is defined at penetration into iron of atoms of nickel, aluminum, carbon and oxygen.
