Russian federal budget in 2018-2020: performance, focus, calculation rules

The Article is devoted to the legislative development of the draft Federal law "The Federal budget for 2018 and the planning period of 2019 and 2020". The main indicators such as income, expenses and deficit are considered, the tendency of their planned state is revealed. Special attention is paid to the sources of financing of the budget of the Russian Federation. The article refers to the goals and objectives set by the legislator in the development of the FSB.
