The federal and national project “Personnel” as one of the priorities of Russia’s sustainable development: indicators, results, recommendations

The resource of Russia’s labor potential is of paramount importance in the strategic development of the country, its sustainable development and national security. In the course of the study, an assessment of indicators, achieved results and financial coverage of the costs of implementing the Federal project “Development of human capital in the interests of regions, industries and the research and development sector” was carried out. Based on the analysis of the project indicators, recommendations have been drawn up aimed at increasing interest in Russian science and higher education. The national project “Cadres” is aimed at the formation of a competitive personnel reserve, focused on the genesis of research and innovation activities. The basis of the National project “Personnel” is to support professional development and career growth in advanced training, training in new areas of education and specialties, the development of professional competencies, contributing to the formation of highly qualified specialists.
