In the article the analysis of the first changes to the federal law «On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation...» in July 2016. Specifying the reasons for the amendment and the expected impact of their implementation. It is noted that these changes should enhance the attractiveness of the use of public-private partnership instruments for important infrastructure projects in the context of limited budget resources.
