The author analyzes the provisions of the Federal Law «On state registration of real estate», including from the standpoint of ensuring the reliability of the state register of real estate. Shown preconditions of its adoption. It is concluded that a number of articles of the law need to be improved. Provide further direction of development of the institution of state registration of real estate.
