“Freelance” phenomenon in the social professional structure of the modern Russia

Freelance phenomenon exists and grows rapidly in the professional structure of the modern Russia. However, it has not been concretely specified yet, at the moment there is no clear definition of the freelance term in the Russian science. In the article the author is making an attempt to define it, describing the distinctive features of a freelancers group among self-employed people.
