At the present time individualization is considered to be the pedagogical science as an inseparable system forming component of the modern education and upbringing which are purposefully organized. However, practically, there can emerge the situation when the whole system of the continuous education has been build he mass teaching. In these conditions it seems impossible for the teachers to realize the perspectives of individualization of education and upbringing in educational institutions.
