Бесплатный доступ

This article examines the phenomenon of emotional burnout among future elementary school teachers. The authors analyze various approaches to defining "emotional burnout" and consider the factors that contribute to its development. The article presents the results of a study on the level of emotional burnout in 49 subjects based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory, adapted by N.E. Vodopyanova, which allows for a more precise assessment of the severity of burnout symptoms. The Boyko method for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout provides a detailed overview of the severity of burnout symptoms, as it allows for an assessment of both the phase (stage) of burnout and the severity of symptoms at this stage.
