Phenomenon of development of ideas about justice in Russia (beginning)

Purpose: Consideration of a phenomenon of development of ideas about justice in Russia. Methodology: The author applied a historical and legal and philosophical and legal method. Results: Justice, acting as a difficult phenomenon or we weed interactions of economy, the right, policy and morals, reflects all complexity of socioeconomic communications and the relations of people and in the wide plan is social and philosophical category. V. S. Solovyov, S. N. Bulgakov and N. A. Berdyaev's concepts resist to hedonistic and utilitarian prospects of justice and a personal freedom as justice in their treatment represents both result, and means of internal freedom. The combination of socio-political realism and philosophical idealism in works of these philosophers presented original option of permission of the major problem of the theory of justice - a ratio universal and individual, pluralistic. Novelty/originality/value: Work is of the high scientific value as is attempt of complex reconsideration of questions of development of ideas about justice in Russia.
