The phenomenon of a Russian-language book in inter-ethnic cooperation of the Central Asian countries

The article analyzes a Russian-language book, corroborating its significance as a cultural agent on the post-Soviet space of the Central Asia. The author considers filling the gaps in the history of publishing of the Russian-language books outside Russia. The Russian-language book is a result of spiritual and creative communication of people, which supposes mutual enrichment with new ideas in the course of cultural exchange, and serves as a communication means in matters of interethnic cooperation.
