The phenomenon of self-organization in the system of local relationships

The study considers the self-organization mechanism in the system of local interaction of society. The existing development problems of self-organizational capacity are analyzed within public self-government. Despite the urgency of this issue, self-organization has been insufficiently substantiated in the theoretical analysis. Therefore, many of its elements are not interpreted to date. It can be primarily explained by the ambiguous interpretation of the term ‘self-organization in local communities’ in modern science. The analysis of social values of organizational interaction between the members of local community shows that there is no effective means to develop institutional trust as a coherent property of values of local self-organization.
