Destructive creativity of the person: in the context of psychological work with the personnel of the internal affairs agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article presents an analysis of a number of conceptual provisions reflecting the essential features of the phenomenon of destructive creativity of an individual, and also notes the need for a more in-depth study of its nature and motives of an individual's behavior, conditioned by the peculiarities of the psychological portrait of a person and citizen, whose mission is to solve a wide range of law enforcement tasks. Justifying the relevance of the chosen topic of his research, the author appeals to the professional field of activity of specialists of the psychological service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan, one of whose tasks is to take the necessary measures of psychological prevention and psychological correction, in terms of neutralizing destructive creativity among individual employees of national internal affairs bodies.
