Phenomenological and hermeneutical methodology of research of political ideology of social trust in multi-ethnical space

In article consists analysis of the phenomenological and hermeneutical methodology of the investigation of political ideology, fundamental basic of which is social trust. Authors made conclusion about hermeneutics is not only the epistemological method but the most of all the approach to the existence and conjunction of phenomenology and hermeneutics is the basic needed in methodology of analysis of political ideology of social trust in multi-ethnical space.
