Resume: Most enzymes are found inside cells and are released into the blood only when they are damaged and destroyed. A decrease in the concentration of catalyst proteins occurs, as a rule, when their formation is impaired. Some of them are found in one organ or another in much larger quantities than in others - these are organ-specific enzymes. An increase in their activity in the blood clearly indicates the defeat of a specific organ. This change occurs earlier than other signs of the disease, which makes the analyzes associated with it a very delicate and accurate diagnostic tool. Enzymes include: α-amylase, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (ASAT), gamma-glutamyl transferase (γ-GTP), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-FDG), creatine phosphokinase) (CPG) (CPG) lipase, pepsin, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), acid phosphatase (AP).
