The activity of the basic enzymes of androgen metabolism was found in tumors of bones of a various histologic structure. The activities of 5a-eductase and За-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in all tumors were much higher than those of other enzymes. The highest activity of 5cc-eductase was found in benign bone lessions.
