The festival of creativity of invalids: way to the world of equal rights and opportunities

In article experience of the organization of festivals of creativity of disabled people by the Fund “Philanthropist” founded by the All-Russian society of disabled people is considered. Festivals of creativity of disabled people is the unique domestic welfare practice solving problems of social integration of disabled people and their creative development. Pedagogical potential of festivals of creativity of disabled people, possibilities of creative welfare rehabilitation is realized.
