Auricles fibrillation among elderly people suffering from cardiovascular diseases: its spread and clinical peculiarities

The elderly aged patients,106 in number, suffering from cardiovascular diseases, have been examined. The patients, 38 of them (35,8%) have got auricles fibrillation. It has been revealed that auricles fibrillation among elderly aged patients has been caused by the left auricle dilatation and by myocardial infarction.
