Fixation of investigative actions and innovative ways to solve existing problems

The article discusses topical problems of fixing the course and results of investigative actions in the context of the use of information and digital technologies in forensics. The authors, exploring the existing problems, focus on an integrated approach to finding their solutions. Based on the analysis of the capabilities of advanced technologies, the use of various computer programs is proposed. An important place in the article is occupied by the issues of procedural regulation and tactical use of computer equipment, sound recording, digital photography and video recording, specialized software packages, aircraft equipped with special equipment and other forensic tools. Possibilities of using the specialized software kit "Accident scene constructor" are described. An assessment of the current state, development prospects and ways of introducing information, digital technologies into the law enforcement practice of fixing investigative actions is given.
