Philosophy of law in the system of value orientations of modern scientific and educational process in Russia

The article considers formation, development and improvement of the philosophy of law as an integrative and interdisciplinary scientific discipline. The author emphasizes that the philosophy of law as a current philosophical and legal science occupies a prominent place in the educational system of the Russian Federation. The philosophy of law is a theoretic and methodological basis for the intensively developing science of law in the circumstances of reforming, enhancing and developing of the legal state of Russia.
