Philosophical hermeneutics of European thinkers compared to traditional Chinese philosophy

The article raises the problem of philosophical hermeneutics. First, the history of philosophical hermeneutics is examined in detail in the historical context of Western philosophy. The main theories and concepts are considered, in particular, the concept of “being here”. Then, the philosophical hermeneutics of the West is compared to traditional Chinese philosophy.
