The article describes the main concepts of Buddhist philosophy and their communication with the theory of the Tibetan medicine. The philosophy of the Buddhism formed world outlook base for the medical tradition of Tibet, having created its ideas of human nature, diseases and specific approaches and treatment methods, and also, having defined its ultimate prime target.
