The article presents research results of the cognitive linguistics (in terms of formulating and solving its philosophical problems). As a philosophic scientific practice and communicative strategic project the cognitive linguistics accumulates promising socio-liberal paradigm bases. The author studies philology as an example, and deals with philosophic and scientific framework of decision-making in general.
