The object of research is becoming a modern social, in which, due to the emergence of a huge number of unusual people apply an inclusive environment that requires special attention. The principal figure of the medium becomes an inclusive people, which makes investigate the phenomenon from different perspectives, including philosophical and medical. Among the methods of the present study-phenomenological, hermeneutic, comparative and analytical. The analysis revealed that today it is necessary to interpret not inclusive of human in the narrow sense, as having certain abnormalities, primarily medical, and a wide, ignoring normal and pathological criteria. Understanding the “norm” in the present it is transformed. Coming to an inclusive environment in terms of medicine, revealed that in the present boundary between normality and pathology is blurred, as a result of the dialectical interpenetration of each other. Socially, increasingly there is a deviation from the ideal state, which leads to a crisis of its existence. As a result, in today’s society is born a special, self-organizing inclusive environment within which the contradiction between normality and pathology, where the main rules for the inclusive space acts ethically. Inclusive person-a-person with a safe intelligence, actively involved in the life and manifests itself in it. The main quality of inclusive human - it is the will to life and included the desire to be-in-being that should be formed in the system of education and training. The results of the study can be used in research and teaching activities in the study of modern social and inclusive environment.
