Philosophical justification of labor

The article discusses the problem of labor in the contemporary interpretation, which focuses on the identification of features of the labor as one of the main dimensions of human life and one of the essential human values, arising under the influence of social structure of the society. The research relevance and outcomes are concerned with the study of the philosophical approach of Peter Senge, who developed the theory of transition from the structured work to the self-organized one. At the present stage of post-industrial society development, this transition is inevitable in its implementation: it is determined by the current epoch and should lead to a more productive and developed society.
