Digitalization of healthcare

Digital health is the application of technology to health services that make them more accessible and efficient, and patient-centered. The development of science and technology has influenced health care. Thus, technological progress determines the anagenesis and informatization of health care processes. Financing of this sector forms part of the budgets of many countries. Global demand for digital health solutions has increased dramatically, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic - telemedicine, remote patient monitoring and other digital health technologies have become commonplace, transforming, changing and improving the way health care is delivered. Funding areas have been analyzed using several countries - Russia and the United States - as examples. China has seen a massive leap in the development of digital health. The introduction of artificial intelligence in all spheres of social life is the reason for the sustainable growth and development of the medical care system in this country. Thus, it occupies one of the leading positions in the world in terms of financial and economic indicators in the field of digital health. The article presents the main problems of digital health, of which the central dilemma in absolutely all countries is the security of personal data.
