Financing investment projects to ensure the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation

The article attempts to trace the trends and assess the changes in the main indicators characterizing the state of financing of investment projects implemented in order to ensure the technological sovereignty of the country. The analysis of the data presented in the work leads to the conclusion about the need for a structural reorientation in the financing of technological sovereignty projects from the predominance of the budget component towards an increase in the share of the business and banking sector, funds for scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities and other sources. Comparison of significant indicators of financing priority projects of technological sovereignty in Russia with the level of financing in foreign countries leads to conclusions about the insufficiency of funds mobilized by the state for a high-quality and accelerated solution to this issue. In this regard, the author made possible proposals for consideration to increase financing of exploration, research and development, in order to form a sustainable innovation trend in the development of priority and strategically important industries and sectors of the economy.
