Financial policy of the People's Bank of China

The People's Bank of China (PBOC), called the Central Bank, is the central bank of the People's Republic of China and an integral part of the State Council. This paper discusses how the People's Bank of China should choose its own legal monetary policy objectives, using the theory of choosing the legal objectives of central bank monetary policy and combining the practical experience of central banks in the US, Germany and other countries, starting from the law.
