The financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan: experience and prospects

The article contains an analysis of the financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the pre-crisis and post-crisis period. The author considers state measures in order to alleviate the negative impact of the global finance crisis on the financial system of the country and gives recommendations how to develop the bank sector as one of the main elements of the financial system.
