Financial component of ensuring the economic security of chemical industry enterprises

In the article, the economic security of Russian chemical enterprises is considered from the point of view of the financial component as the reliability of income generation and effective property management. The relevance of this topic is due to the emergence of a large number of threats due to increased sanctions and prohibitions. Practical aspects of determining the level of the financial component of economic security are considered on the example of a specific chemical industry enterprise. Due to deviations of some indicators from the standards in the downward direction, this enterprise has a pre-crisis level. Threats to the reduction of economic security due to the weakening of financial stability due to dependence on external sources of financing and their volume were found. However, the opportunities to improve the state of the enterprise have not been lost.
