Financial strategy commercial organization and improving its implementation in crisis conditions

The article examines various approaches to the conceptual apparatus of the financial strategy of a commercial organization. Particular attention is paid to the essential characteristics, features of the financial strategy, which must be taken into account in the process of its implementation. Recommendations are given to improve the mechanism of implementation of the financial strategy, providing for the development of the program, which establishes the frequency of monitoring and forms of control. It is proposed to carry out a strategic diagnosis of the exogenous financial environment, the development of corrective measures, to use the tools of strategic financial control in the crisis conditions of management.
