Financial and economic security of regions as component of the national security of the country

The article examines the financial and economic security of the regions of the Russian Federation in the period from 2017 to 2020. Indicators of the internal regional product, the number of people with incomes below the subsistence level, and the unemployment rate have an impact not only on the financial and economic security of the regions, but also on the national security of the Russian Federation. In this regard, the low level of indicators in the future can cause a decrease in the standard of living, social tension. That is why the topic of financial and economic security of the regions is relevant.
