Financial-economic system of the USSR in 1941-1942 years

This article is devoted to the financial and economic policy of the USSR in 1941-1942. The time frame indicated in the article covering the period of formation of the war economy. The author outlined the purpose of this article - to show that the Soviet economic model, despite the difficulties of the first years of the war, was more mobile and viable than imagined by the opponent. As the authors of the research objectives was determined attempt to assess how quickly and by what in Soviet mobilization was carried out in the shortest possible time. The article deals with the economic problems facing the country in the first period of the war. This article is intended to show a smooth transition of the USSR from the civil to the war footing. The author gives an answer to the questions: where were taken the money to mobilize, which of the social aspects of life have undergone a reduction in financial terms. The main content of the research is the analysis of the materials of Finance of the USSR in the years of data. For important sources on this subject the author classifies documents on the tax policy of the USSR: Decree of the Presidium of the USSR on military tax, as well as the tax on childless citizens.
